1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Toolhive ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
2. Use of Service
Toolhive provides AI-powered creative tools including image processing, editing, format conversion, and other digital media utilities. You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes subject to these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Service, (c) use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage, (d) upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, or (e) attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All content you upload to and process through Toolhive remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any user-uploaded content.
The Toolhive platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Toolhive and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
For browser-based tools, your files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. For AI-powered tools, files may be temporarily processed on our servers and are automatically deleted after processing is complete.
4. Pricing & Payments
Toolhive offers both free and paid plans. Free plans include access to most tools with daily usage limits. Paid plans (Pro Studio, Teams) offer expanded limits, priority processing, and additional features.
Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds may be issued within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact us at binacodex@gmail.com.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not use Toolhive to process, create, or distribute: (a) content that exploits minors, (b) content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination, (c) malware, phishing materials, or other harmful digital content, (d) content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate accounts engaged in processing prohibited content without notice or refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Toolhive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Toolhive, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For users on free plans, this amount is zero.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.
8. Contact & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

9. Beta Status, No Warranty & Disclaimers
Toolhive is currently in active development and offered as an early-access (beta) product. Features may be added, changed, renamed, relocated, or removed at any time without prior notice. Some tools may be incomplete, experimental, or temporarily unavailable.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time; (b) any tool will produce accurate, correct, or usable results; (c) files, data, or account information will not be lost, corrupted, or altered; (d) defects or security vulnerabilities will be identified or fixed within any specific timeframe.
We explicitly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of security, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for keeping backups of any files or data you process through Toolhive. We are not liable for any loss of data, work, time, or business resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Any tools marked "Coming Soon" or otherwise unavailable are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon. Do not depend on Toolhive for time-sensitive, mission-critical, or irreversible workflows until the Service reaches a stable, general-availability release.
By continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations as a condition of accessing Toolhive during its development period.
